Burnley have completed the permanent signing of Jacob Bruun Larsen from Stuttgart.
The versatile Denmark international underwent medical tests ahead of the move to the newly-promoted club. This marks a return to Turf Moor for the 26-year-old, who spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Burnley. During that loan spell, he made 32 Premier League appearances and scored six goals, though the team was relegated.
Burnley had attempted to sign Bruun Larsen permanently last summer after his loan from Hoffenheim, but he instead transferred to Stuttgart. At Stuttgart last season, he made 35 appearances across all competitions, contributing three goals and three assists.
Bruun Larsen becomes Burnley head coach Scott Parker's sixth signing of the summer transfer window, following the arrivals of Max Weiss, Quilindschy Hartman, Axel Tuanzebe, Loum Tchaouna, and Kyle Walker.
