Drive Hockey Analytics at Player Development Combine

The United States Hockey League (USHL) has renewed its partnership with Drive Hockey Analytics for the USHL Player Development Combine taking place this week in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This collaboration brings advanced player tracking and performance analytics to the event, a key platform for identifying and developing talent.

Drive Hockey Analytics will utilize its wearable sensor technology and smart arena systems to provide NHL-level performance data during the combine. The system collects objective, real-time metrics on player movement, speed, workload, and positioning, capturing details often missed by traditional scouting.

USHL President Glenn Hefferan emphasized that Drive's technology adds significant depth to their Player Development Series, offering young athletes evaluation comparable to the highest levels of hockey. Following the event, each participant will receive a personalized performance report outlining their strengths, areas for development, and peer comparisons, designed to be actionable for both players and coaches.

Drive COO Adam Nathwani stated their mission is to help players be seen for their on-ice performance, making elite-level feedback accessible to impact development and scouting. Drive's system has been proven reliable through deployment at numerous elite junior events, including previous USHL combines and league games.
