Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has listed his Southern California home for $8.5 million, roughly a month after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld in Montecito. The couple appears to be streamlining their real estate as they settle into married life.

Allen purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom Dana Point property in 2023 for $7.2 million through a trust and used it during offseasons. Located within the guard-gated Monarch Bay enclave, the 2,808-square-foot home is near luxury resorts and offers private beach club access.

Listed on July 3 and described as "classic mid-century California architecture," the home sits on a large lot. It features a black-and-white exterior, a gated entry leading to an expansive living area with floor-to-ceiling glass and a fireplace, a formal dining area, a modern kitchen, and a primary suite with a sitting area and outdoor access. Three bedrooms have ensuite baths opening to patios. The nearly 12,000-square-foot lot backs onto a private park and is presented as ideal for a resort-style backyard.

While Allen primarily resides near Buffalo during the season, owning a larger custom estate with a pool and sports court on land bought for $500,000 in Orchard Park, NY, he maintains California ties. Steinfeld owns a separate $7.98 million, 9,000-square-foot estate in Encino, purchased in 2021. The couple may be looking for a new shared residence in Malibu, where Allen proposed.
