Transfer Rumors Roundup: Post Club World Cup Edition

Borussia Dortmund has a transfer budget of approximately €40 million following their participation in the Club World Cup (CWC), excluding potential income from future player sales. The club is actively seeking to address squad gaps during the current period.

Dortmund has shown interest in signing 22-year-old James McAtee from Manchester City and Johan Bakayoko from PSV Eindhoven. However, securing either player appears increasingly difficult. Nottingham Forest is linked with McAtee, while Bayer Leverkusen is reportedly leading the pursuit of Bakayoko.
