Among the messages was a handwritten note from Haliburton's friend Dan Solomon, whose signature was visible. Solomon, a 2017 Indiana University graduate and fashion consultant, serves as one of Haliburton's trusted advisors for personal branding and wardrobe.

Solomon and Haliburton's relationship extends beyond typical stylist-client dynamics, with Solomon considering him "one of the most fashionable guys in the league" and a creative partner. They first connected during Solomon's "Fashion Within Sports" panel at Indiana University shortly after Haliburton entered the NBA.

Their collaboration includes Solomon organizing personal shopping trips, styling Haliburton for major games, and hosting pop-up "Solo Suites" at events like All-Star Weekend. Notably, Haliburton wore a student-designed outfit from Solomon's 2023 IU panel during an April game.

Jones has been documenting Haliburton's recovery journey on social media. In an emotional post reflecting on the Pacers' historic season, she wrote: "What a bittersweet ending... You have made a historic run for the Pacers that generations will be talking about." The couple met six years ago as students at Iowa State University, where Jones was a cheerleader.
